Sunday Saves: Tiny Powder Rooms with BIG Impact
Kitchens are our #1 renovation, the powder room – which typically is adjacent to the kitchen quickly falls in line with the #2 renovation. Easily the kitchen and powder room are combined renovations. Today, we’re sharing some of our favorite completed powder rooms with small footprints, but big impact.
Drew Avenue Powder Room, Moody and Textured
A feature wall always works in a small space, it’s approachable and allows for bold statements such as our Drew Avenue Powder Bathroom. An unexpected moment we like to call these spaces. Read more here on the full reveal and all source links.

Princeton Colonial Powder, Playing With Pattern
Large scale wallpaper paired with a small scale marble tile floor, all in black in white for continuity. We love the added touch of warmth with the walnut wall shelf for personal decor. The newly released Grand Central Brooklyn Marquina marble mosaic tile by Jeffrey Court paired with Underwater World wallpaper will live on as a favorite combination for all time.

Kath Home Tudor Powder, Traditional and Timeless
We love the period specific wallpaper from William Morris, paired with the green baseboard and crown molding in coordinating color of green. This space packs detail and traditional elements to keep guests talking all night.

Westbrook Road Powder Room, Modern and Minimal
We fell in love with our clients classic and chic vibe of decor, this lower level powder bath is no exception. Timeless black and white elements paired with luxe finishes. Read more here and see additional angles of this space.

Country Club Powder Room, Craftsmanship and Charm
After searching for the perfect wallpaper, our client found the perfect balance between whimsical while not overly feminine. Mixed metals and a bathroom vanity crafted in our cabinet shop pull this space together.

Goodrich Tudor, Reclaimed With Vintage Flare
What was once a reading room is now turned powder room and mudroom for today’s modern family. Vintage inspired light fixtures paired with this reclaimed white oak bathroom vanity are a nod to the past in more ways than one. Giving this space new life while staying true to original elements.

Whitegate Lane Phase II, Contemporary and Clean
Wallpaper is a theme, and one we won’t be shying away from anytime soon. The contemporary lines throughout create an updated, modern and relevant space for these clients and their guests. All sources for this space linked here.

Some of the resources we link to may earn us a small commission. For that we are thankful, but would never push items we aren’t truly passionate about, and likely have already given it a test drive.
