Sunday Saves: Live in the Details®
Week of December 30, 2019:
The last week of 2019 was full of reflection. We had an amazing year filled with wonderful clients and building an even better team to support these projects. We are looking at a few busy weeks in January to get our Country Club and Drew Avenue projects to the finish line. It’s been such a rewarding time working with these clients in 2019. Let’s check in with these projects.
Jkath Current Projects
Our last update was about a month ago. Get up to date by reading this post that dives into the latest behind the scenes. The next design installation that we are excited for is wallpaper install for both of these bathrooms. Following that, all the accessories will go in.

Jkath’s Top Ten Instagram Posts
This week we shared our top ten Instagram posts from 2019 and wrote about them on the blog. Did you catch this post? Check it out here. What was your favorite space we posted and did it make the top ten? We love hearing from you, so share in the comments below!
Our top three spaces were (from left to right) Watson Avenue kitchen in third, Arden Avenue kids bathroom in second and the Green Lake kitchen takes the gold.
We can’t wait to compare these top spaces from 2019 to what will be in 2020! Stay up to date with our current projects by following along on Pinterest and Instagram.
New Years Challenge Round Up
There are so many programs launching in January to kickstart 2020. I am participating in a few myself! Sharing the challenges I am participating in below and hope you will join me or even share which ones you are participating in. Bring it on, 2020!
I talk about my morning workouts from time to time on stories. Fly Fleet Running has been my go-to work out of 2019. They are full body cardio workouts with weights. The 6:30am classes are my jam, and sometimes even the noon classes depending on my day. For the month of January, they have created a 29 day challenge. The best part about this challenge is that is totally customizable by you! Fly Fleet meets you where you are in your fitness journey and will help you reach your 2020 kickstart goals.
Paisley + Sparrow 6 week Declutter Challenge
No matter how organized you are, there is always room to down size. We announced this challenge and some other special news last week about why we are extra excited about this challenge: we are moving in 2020! My friend Jen, Paisley + Sparrow created this with Arin Solange at Home and their challenge starts January 6th! You can read about their Declutter Challenge here.
Nourish Move Love 30 day Fitness Calendar
Another Instagram favorite of mine is Lindsey / @nourishmovelove. She created a FREE downloadable 30 day fitness calendar for women. It also requires minimal equipment so it can be done in the comfort of your home. Read more about the calendar on her blog. The workouts even come with a video for each day. How awesome is that?
KBIS 2020
We are headed out to Las Vegas in January for KBIS 2020. It’s the largest kitchen and bath industry show. This is where we get to meet up with current vendors we work with on a weekly basis. Will you be there? Let us know and we can meet up! We are following along on the KBIS Instagram for the most up to date schedule and so we can get to know all the events and meetups.
What I’m wearing to KBIS 2020
I plan to be on my feet almost all day at KBIS so I want to make sure I pack comfy (and stylish!) shoes to wear all day. These days will be long, so I want to make sure my outfit will last me from day to night and support me on my feet while I network with brands and peers.

Majority of my outfit inspiration comes from Madewell. Their clothes are always in style, top quality and last forever. The pieces I picked out for my trip are linked below!
Cali Demi Boot Jeans in Bellspring Wash | Rusted Red Silk Cinch-Sleeve Top | Evercrest Turtleneck Sweater | Veja V-10 Sneaker in Colorblock
