Sunday Saves: Jumping for Joy
Week of February 24th, 2020

That was an experience worth living, over and over again. One of the few things we should all do for ourselves is travel long distance with a group of people you don't know well, give back to a community and dance your way through each adventure. On many occasions I was out of my comfort zone, digging deep and fighting through vulnerability, patience and the thrill of being in a new place making new friends. Full recap coming soon of my service + dance trip tp Colombia, but as of lately, this is all of what's on the brain and definitely saved me.
Upon reentry we were back at, actually the beat of the business kept going and we have several relations projects in full swing. But we were able to sneak in team headshots, there is never a good time to take this time away from the business, but so glad we did. And I am loving this playful shot of our team:

Kath House Plans
And we have a few reasons to 'jump for joy', the #KathHome house plans are coming along along with the exterior rendering we're sharing here. We're working with JALIN Designs, out of Minneapolis and he perfectly designed this once he and I had a conversation of what I had in mind. An English Modern Tudor.
We're also sharing the interior floorpans here. Also very excited with the direction this is headed and can't wait to keep you posted with more updates.
We've launched a new series: How to Prepare for a Remodel. Our first post covers steps to choosing your team, setting your budget and 10 steps to prepare your home.
If you've been following along, you know we've been working hard to increase our Pinterest analytics. This was a month long effort we kicked off February 1st (with many seeds planted in 2019 as well). But we did a 4 week intensive focus with our friends at construction2style using Tailwinds to schedule pins, along with Canva to help us make graphics/text overlay on high performing pins which we pinned manually. I am sharing our statistics from the beginning of this challenge and the results one month later.
Our main focus was impressions and we had a goal of 1 million, I am proud to report we achieved this. By following the consistency and advice of many, we've seen increased traffic to Pinterest and now we're seeing this convert to page views on our website.
I'm off to Sunday prep for another busy week ahead. Stay tuned for new project updates later this week.
