Sunday Saves: Dream Home

Updated: Feb 14

Week of February 8th, 2021

Everyday we're hustlin' - our anthem these days. With a firm deadline approaching for the Parade of Homes, our team is working around the clock to wrap up the Kath Home. A project in the works for over 12 months, we actually broke ground last Summer, and have long awaited this deadline, at one point felt like an eternity.

Kath Home - Makes a Dream Home

We're humbled to share we were selected as one of five homes on the tour that have the Dream Home distinction, with a $5 entrance fee all proceeds go the the Housing First Foundation.

The tour is open to the public and kicks off February 27th, dates and times linked here. Go ahead, make a day or weekend of it by planning out your parade route. All homes will be monitored for number of people inside, everyone required to wear masks and safe social distancing always encouraged.

Home Decor Trends

We're busy working with multiple clients on home furnishings. We love coming alongside our renovation clients to complete the look. While we often go the route of custom for 1-2 key pieces in every space, we love sourcing fast (and available) finds to help balance the budget - which can be done easily with consoles, throw pillows, rugs and window treatments. A few of our favorites here:

Woven Door Console | Upholstered Cube | Rattan Storage Bin

Wood Coffee Table | Jute Area Rug | Ladder Bookshelf

Floral Pillow | Floor Mirror | Faux Leather Ottoman

Backsplash Ideas Worth Saving

We've rounded up 8 different backsplash installs worth saving for your upcoming renovation. From bold originality to budget friendly options, we hope to have you inspired.
