Eriks Boulevard was a refreshing change of pace for our 2018 schedule. One we were able to squeeze into our schedule. Our client had very clear goals of what she wanted to accomplish, a before kitchen that we didn't feel so bad about tearing out, and great design taste to boot!
Modern Farmhouse was the vibe we were after, a total gut with high end finishes and a custom space to last a lifetime.
A few before images to set the stage, yikes. It was so bad (sorry to our client), the transformation was more than exciting, the potential was endless.
We used a neutral color palate throughout, narrowing in on high end finishes with a stone brick tile from Jeffrey Court. This is sold exclusively at Home Depot, and we can't link the source as it's no longer available but would urge you to wonder over to their trade website which can be sourced by several local showrooms throughout the country.

Our custom cabinetry painted in Benjamin Moore Balboa Mist (inspired by our Josephine Place project) is always a win for fitting tight spaces and customizing unique storage solutions. We also converted the hall closet into a pantry for added storage and accessibility. Using this as a focal point to add a pop of color, Tiffany Blue was our client's inspiration here.
We love the storage options and how clean and clutter free this new pantry feels.
In the end, everyone was happy.
