Barn Doors We Love

Barn doors... so not going anywhere anytime soon! This trend is seriously bridging the gap between rustic farmhouse and modern day upgrades. Almost all of our clients want to talk barn doors, one that makes a statement piece in their newly remodeled living space. And why not? It's affordable, unique and can be custom built in our shop to fit any entry way, single or double sided.
We are finding these doors can serve a purpose in many rooms. This door is dividing the pantry and pocket office from the newly renovated kitchen space. You might not believe me if I told you the space behind this door was once a large dining room.. space that was never used. An expanded kitchen and a statement door with custom hardware and glass panes save the day.
Barn doors come in all shapes and sizes. This master bedroom has a two sided walk in closet behind these doors. Adorned in Rustica Hardware track and handle hardware to finish the look.
This Southwest Minneapolis kitchen features a stained and distressed white oak reclaimed barn door. This was one of our earlier projects, we had no idea this was one of many to come. Behind the door you will find a small walk in office, perfectly disguised and closed off for complete privacy.
