The goal of this main floor remodel was to preserve the home’s early 1900s character while introducing modern functionality. Original warm wood tones found throughout the house were thoughtfully carried into the spaces to maintain a cohesive, historic feel. Professional-grade appliances and premium natural materials were selected to complement the home’s enduring integrity. The space was reimagined to allow for larger gatherings while relocating the kitchen to a new part of the home, with improved flow to the adjacent living areas.
