The Perfect Off-Black Paint
We hate to sound like a broken record by repeating the same color over and over again, but last year was one for the books when it came to moody tones. It was a common request throughout many projects, for the perfect black, with dark blue undertones, but not quite navy. Insert Benjamin Wrought Iron, loved for its versatile properties and a designer favorite.

We initially fell in love with this color when looking for the perfect Iron Ore black, to pair with the Pella windows as shown here. Not quite black windows, so finding the off-black match was critical. We loved this as an exterior color, we carried it into this home with painted Hardie panels in the sunroom and the lower level bar area custom cabinetry from our cabinet shop.

Black Painted Cabinetry Tops the List
Our clients are seeking bold design choices, and black cabinetry tops the list as bold, yet still feeling neutral in many spaces. Its cool undertones make this a natural pairing with wood tones or engineered oak flooring.

Let’s Not Forget the Bathroom Vanity
Adding a dark hue to the bathroom allows it to stand out, creating contrast and a fun design element to add color to your space. This vanity is called the Hopkins, a part of our newly launched bathroom vanity collection.

Paint Your Entire Room With a Bold Color
Much like the new wallpaper trend, to go all in, so is painting an entire room. Accent walls are a thing of the past, and making larger commitments creates a cozy spot you can truly make your own. We love adding vintage finds, personalized items, and collectibles from traveling to these spaces to uniquely customize.
