Live In The Details: Goodrich Modern Tudor
Welcome to a new series called Live In The Details™. We want you to be able to recreate the looks we showcase by getting the look of every single detail.
Getting the look does not always translate to the exact item; we want to source many similar items to recreate the same look that will work best in your space!
When styling a home, we are constantly on Pinterest looking for inspiration. For all of our projects we want you to be able to easily shop our looks. Below are even more images from our Goodrich Modern Tudor project and were going to walk you through what to buy to get this same look!

Let’s start with the living room. In this space we wanted two chairs, one sofa and a coffee table, creating a cozy gathering space near the fireplace. We love this light throw blanket. Open on the table we have our favorite styling book by Emily Henderson. It is such a fun + quick read and we have learned so many great styling tips!
So many living rooms these days have huge mounted TVs above the fireplace. While we love to cozy up for a low key movie night, when styling a space we like to opt with a simple square mirror. We worked with Tonkadale, a local greenhouse near the cities that helped bring the outside in!

On our side tables, we wanted eye catching lamps without going too crazy. Linking a similar set of two. Air plants are so trendy right now and we love how many different glass options are out there for styling different spaces. Linking a similar glass terrarium here in brass to match the lamps. The Home Depot also has a lot of affordable options for terrariums.

This is one of our favorite nooks in the house. The natural light that this room gets is EVERYTHING. A simple window bench is all you need, so you can easily swap out your pillows as the seasons change. Pillows one, two and three. We really wanted to get this lighter wood bench. As we noted in our full blog post reveal, we made thirteen of these custom radiator covers. These covers truly transformed this home. We often go for simple wall hangings and in this laid back living space, we thought macrame would be the perfect touch with the greenery. The one in the picture we got at target for $20! No longer available so we are sourcing this one here for you.

Out of all the rooms in the house, this dining room was one that came together exactly how we imagined. All after an image we saw on Hennepin Made’s website. We saw, contacted them and before we knew it we were touring their glass studio warehouse and seeing exactly how all of their hand-blown glass lighting is made. We were so lucky to be able to collaborate with them on this project. You can find the exact pieces we paired together here. This is the Parallel three light canopy and the color we went with is called Tea, it’s a very light rose color.
We couldn’t source the exact match, however we wanted a mid century vibe for this room and this is a similar table would be perfect especially paired with these leather dining chairs. A simple rug was all this room needed to come together, like this one.

This beautiful hutch was made custom in our cabinet shop. When were looking for inspiration to give our team, we send them similar items like this or this.
We also always have staple items we carry with us when staging a home. In this hutch we have flour + sugar container set and simple white bowls. To get the full feel of a kitchen of course we brought in our favorite cook books.

We loved how this mudroom turned out. Living in the Midwest, mudrooms have become a staple in every home. Four large lockers built to last and store every season of the year. This is one of the three the flush mounts we used in here. These square baskets are on sale right now for $14. We have been waiting to use this rug in one of our projects and it looked so cute here. These oversized hooks are great for making a statement.
Jeffery Court tile in the powder bathroom, of course and you can find this tile on their website and find your local dealer.

Last but not least, this cute powder bath. If you have been following us for a while now, you know that we build all of our bathroom vanities in our cabinet shop. Get the look of this vanity here. We love all things Anthropologie where we were able to get a deal on this simple white pitcher. This mirror is the perfect size for any powder bath and comes in three colors! These sconces were recycled from another project and they happened to fit perfectly into this space.
