Live In The Details: Drew Ave
We are overwhelmed with the positive responses of the Drew Ave project reveals. Each photo of the space excites us more than the next. Drew Ave was completed with weeks to spare before the pandemic came to Minnesota. It humbles us to know these homeowners are able to nest in this space now as the importance of “home” is more prevalent than ever.
This home transformed into a spacious two-story from a single story rambler in an idyllic neighborhood. The new main floor is now open and spacious, with each room seamlessly flowing into one another with engineered hardwood flooring, neutral color palette and striking Marvin black grid windows and doors.
A tonal mix of neutral finishes lay the foundation for furnishings and decor to pop with warm brass and black finishes. So far we’ve revealed the Drew Ave kitchen, dining and living rooms and now we’re sharing how to get the look for your own home.
