Contemporary Casual Lower Level Reveal
We’re excited to share a few big announcements today. The reveal of our contemporary casual Clearview Drive lower-level renovation and our newest collaboration with Ferguson Showrooms as a #FergusonPartner. As our homeowners know, we are dedicated to their showroom support throughout our projects, from early client meetings, specification documents, and behind-the-scenes input on valves, toilet levers, p traps, drains, and more. These are the details that make each project harmonious. The early planning details are critical for accuracy, proper planning, ordering, and having all items available in the field for our plumbing crews to successfully meet deadlines.
The Plumbing Fixtures We Used
Additionally, we can use the Ferguson showroom to show our clients installations of plumbing materials, from sinks, and faucets, to bathtubs. A variety of finishes are on hand, so we often bring in other finish samples to align each space we are carefully designing.
Clean Lines, Ease of Cleaning
The first brand we are calling out today is American Standard, for their clean lined skirted Cadet toilet, used in the guest bathroom at Clearview Drive. For ease of cleaning, if you know, you know. This toilet not only serves as a functional component, but it’s a great second bathroom or guest bathroom option with a budget-friendly price point that all home renovators can achieve.
Polished Nickel Finishes Stand Out
The Delta Bowery Collection, in polished nickel as shown in the shower trim and 8” widespread faucet is stunning. A beautiful contrast to the varied white tile, and the black countertop with the bathroom vanity. We also love the contemporary design that blends nicely into this guest bathroom.
Adding Reverse Osmosis
In the wet bar, we built out from an unfinished basement, creating warmth, function, and a display moment for traveled treasures and elevated décor. The stark black plumbing fixtures with the Delta Beverage Faucet blend seamlessly into the bar area.
Our homeowners’ lifestyle is important to us, as how they will use the space day to day, and on the occasional opportunities when entertaining. Adding reverse osmosis for clean water drinking was important, so including the beverage faucet in this design was an early moment of consideration.
You can see how the sleek design of the plumbing fixtures was critical to enhancing other custom elements in both spaces. Allowing these paces to be decorated with personal touches that can be customized for years to come. Leaving the plumbing fixtures as a timeless, and statement piece all on its own.
