Site Coordinator

A hands-on role in keeping every Jkath jobsite organized, safe, and ready for the next phase of work. You’ll move between multiple sites each week, coordinating material deliveries, supporting demolition and installation, and completing punch-list details that carry our craftsmanship through to the finish. This role suits someone who wants to build a career in residential construction and thrives on staying busy in the field.

Key Requirements:

  1. Field mobility and logistics – Comfortable visiting multiple jobsites weekly, transporting tools and materials between headquarters and project locations.
  2. Hands-on construction skills – Experience or willingness to learn demolition, installation, and finishing work, along with safe operation of hand and power tools and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  3. Clear communication and reliability – Ability to report site needs, progress, and issues promptly to the Project Manager, and represent Jkath professionally with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

As an Interior Designer at Jkath Design Build + Reinvent, you’ll guide clients through material selections and design details using AutoCAD, that align with our timeless aesthetic and craftsmanship. You’ll collaborate closely with our cabinetry shop and project management teams to ensure precision, budget alignment, and seamless execution. This role blends creative vision with hands-on involvement from concept to project completion.

Key Requirements:
  1. Residential design experience – At least 2 years of experience in interior design, specifically within residential remodels or new builds.
  2. Proficiency in design software – Skilled in AutoCAD, familiarity with tools like Excel, Canva, and Buildertrend is a plus.
  3. Strong organizational and communication skills – Ability to manage material selections, budgets, timelines, and collaborate across teams and with clients.

Key Requirements:
  1. Experience with woodworking equipment – At least 3 years of experience, proficiency in operating tools such as CNC machines, table saws, routers, and sanders.
  2. Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings – Strong understanding of technical drawings to accurately fabricate custom cabinetry.
  3. Attention to detail and craftsmanship – A commitment to maintaining Jkath’s high standards of quality, aesthetic, and precision.
