Out With the Old, in With the New
Our client had very clear goals of what she wanted to accomplish, a before kitchen that we didn’t feel so bad about tearing out, and great design taste to boot! Our Eriks Boulevard renovation was a nice change of pace with a smaller scope, and a delightful client to work alongside.

Modern Farmhouse was the end result with a total gut to replace with custom finishes to last a lifetime. Sharing a few before images to set the stage. It was dated, the transformation was more than exciting, the potential was endless.

We used a neutral color palate throughout, narrowing in on high end finishes with a stone brick tile from Jeffrey Court. This is sold exclusively at Home Depot, and we can’t link the source as it’s no longer available but would urge you to wonder over to their trade website which can be sourced by several local showrooms throughout the country.

Our custom cabinetry painted in Benjamin Moore Balboa Mist (inspired by our Josephine Place project) is always a win for small space solutions and customizing unique storage options. We also converted the hall closet into a pantry for added storage and accessibility. Using this as a focal point to add a pop of color, Tiffany Blue was our client’s inspiration here.
Other finishes include an engineered hardwood floor in a warm and inviting tone, quartz countertops for durability, gold hardware accents, a bridge faucet and a much desired apron sink for ease of clean up.

In the end, everyone was happy.
